All mileage can be recorded in QuickBooks Pro. In addition to writing the number of miles and time traveled, you can also make notes about the job. Recording miles offers easy reimbursement against previously set mileage rates. You can also invoice a customer for mileage as long as you add it into Items and Services. You can record all your mileage in QuickBooks.…In an earlier chapter we set up our vehicles.…So now lets start adding in mileage.…To do that select Company > Enter Vehicle Mileage.…The first thing you need to select from the…dropdown, is which vehicle you're adding the mileage for.…Then you can choose the trips start date and end dates.…You can either put the odometer start, end, and total miles.…Or you can put in the odometer…start mileage, and the odometer end mileage.…QuickBooks will calculate the total miles for you.…
