Paragraph rules are frequently used either above or below text to set off paragraphs, to indicate related information, or just to add a graphic flair to page design. In this tutorial, we learn how to work with paragraph rules in QuarkXPress, by applying and designing them using the controls in the Measurements palette, and then adding them to a style sheet.
