- [Voiceover] When you're editing text and you find yourself making a series of repetitive corrections, you should consider using "Find/Change." It can do in seconds what would take you minutes, hours or even days to do manually. So, let's check it out. First, let's zoom in to see our text more clearly. I'll just choose "View-200%," and then hold the "option" or "alt" key, and pan over. To show the "Find/Change" dialogue box, go to the "Edit" menu and choose "Find/Change", or press the keyboard shortcut, "command" or "control" F. On the left side of the dialogue box, you tell QuarkXPress what to look for, and on the right side you tell it what to change to. And underneath are some controls for defining the scope of the search. QuarkXPress will limit the search to just the current story unless you select "layout" here. You can also tell it to include locked content, limit the search to whole words, to ignore case or not, and to ignore formatting attributes, as well as searching and…
