From time to time you might need to collect all the files needed to produce a certain publication. These files might include all the placed images, and fonts. Maybe you need to send those file to the next person in the workflow. Maybe the project is finished and you want to create a complete archive of files for the next revision. Or maybe you just want to create a full backup at a certain point in your workflow. Whenever you want to do anything like this, you can use the Collect for Output feature. In this movie, Mike demonstrates how to do it.
