- [Instructor] A lot of data analysis and reporting is done on the computer screen these days. But you might want to export an image of the sheet's current appearance to a PDF file. In this movie, I will show you how to do that. I've created this sample app using the AllDetails Excel file that you can find in the Exercise Files folder. I have my Category Sales sheet displayed. And if I want to export an image of the sheet to a PDF file, I can click the Menu button, which is this button here, and then click Export Sheet to PDF. Here, I can select my paper size. It's set to A4, which is a European standard of 11.7 by 8.275 inches. Let's say that I want to go with US letter, so I'll click the Paper size button and the last option is letter, which is very close to A4. And then resolution in dots per inch, I'm not going to do any printing with this, so I will stay at 200. If you want to have a high-quality print, typically, you will want these 300 dots per inch, or DPI, although 600 or…
