[Narrator]- When you analyze data on a Qlik Sense sheet, you should focus on just the values you need. In this movie, I will show you how to limit the data that appears within a single sheet object. I have created a new app based on the All Details Workbook which you can find in the exercise files folder. I have added a bar chart to a sheet, and on this bar chart I have sales broken down by category. So Batteries, Grid Tie Inverters, and so on. The current version of this bar chart shows every category. Let's say that I want to limit it to only say the top two or three categories. To do that with the chart selected in Edit mode, I can go over to the Properties panel, and under Data click the field by which I want to filter. And that is Product Category. So I'll click that and underneath that, I see the Limitation area. Limitation is what Qlik Sense calls a filter. So I'll click the Limitation control, which currently says no limitation.
