- [Instructor] Let's review the prerequisites for this course. The focus of this course is to discuss various AI use cases that apply to a specific business domain, namely ITOps and demonstrate how to build them. The course does not discuss the basics of the technologies used in this course. Hence, the student is expected to be familiar with AI and machine learning basics, deep learning techniques like artificial neural networks, convolutional neural networks, recurrent neural networks, and long short term memory networks, text processing techniques like TF, IDF, and embeddings, Python programming and Jupyter notebooks, machine learning libraries like Keras, scikit-learn, pandas and NumPy.
