- [Instructor] Seemingly artificial intelligence or AI has come into our lives in many different ways. From auto-correct on your mobile device to Alexa asking, if you want to know this weekend's weather. There are several helpful realizations of this advanced technology. Not only that, but AI has received the support it needs to grow. Advances in real time data processing has made this huge boom possible. Here's the thing, these AI applications, they don't come out of nowhere. It's not quite as easy as typing in a few lines of code into your favorite development environment. In order to build real world end-to-end solutions learning the technology stack alone is not enough. You need to understand the specific business domain and its challenges. And you need expertise in using the right technologies to solve these challenges. My name is Kumaran Ponnambalam. In this course, I will show you how to apply the latest AI technologies to solve problems in a field that is rapidly growing, IT operations. I will review the scope and challenges of IT ops. I will discuss the most popular use cases for AI in IT ops. Then I will design and implement solutions for these use cases. This course uses Python, Jupyter Notebooks, Deep Learning Techniques, TensorFlow, and Keras. That being said, let's explore how to apply AI to IT ops to solve some of these challenges.
