- [Instructor] Perhaps you're in a situation where your publication needs to contain text in multiple languages. Or perhaps you want to create multiple versions of your publication in different languages. It's good opposite know Publisher has some built-in translation tools which we're going to explore in this movie with our HP brochure publication 0206 if you're skipping to this movie or catching up. We just left off here at the top of page one, where we see some information about Hansel & Petal. And as we scroll down, you can see there are a number of paragraphs. Well let's say we want to create a version of this publication in another language. First step would be to save it so we have a copy. Let's go up to File and choose Save As. I'm going to choose right on the Desktop. And give it the name HP_brochure0206, but I'm going to click after the six here and add and underscore FR as in french. This'll be my french…
