- [Instructor] When you decide to print out your publication but need better quality than you can accomplish from your office printer or a printer at home, you might consider sending it out to a commercial print house. There are some settings to explore when doing that, and it's exactly what we're going to do with our HP_brochure publication, 07Final if you're skipping to this movie or catching up. First thing we're going to do is go to the first page here in the middle panel and click the border of the placeholder for the names and addresses that we used for mail merge. This is something we don't need in our publication before we print it out. So with it selected, just hit the Delete key on your keyboard to remove it.
