An intro to the agile features of Project

- [Instructor] Project Online Desktop Client includes tools for managing Agile projects. Here's a quick look at what these tools can do. Let's start by creating a new Agile project. To do that, go to the Backstage and on the New Page, click the icon Sprints Project. If the Project Information dialog box opens, you can set the start date, other information about the project and then click OK. Project creates a new blank project and it displays the sprint board so you're ready to start adding tasks. To do that, click New Task, then you can type in the name of the task. After you type in the name, you can click Add or press enter. Then click New Task again and type the next task name and just keep doing that to add the tasks that you want. You can also add tasks using the Sheet view. Click the Sprints tab, in the View section, click Planning and then choose Sprint Planning Sheet.
