Work with a table

- A table like the one you see in the Gantt chart displays project fields in columns so you can see and edit values for tasks, resources, and assignments. Project has several features for choosing a table and controlling its size. If I want to change a table in the view, I go to the View tab. In the Data section, click Tables. That displays a menu that has several popular tables. For example, the summary table has different fields to show an overall view of your project. Or, I can click the Tables button again, and choose Cost to see cost fields. If you don't see the table that you want, go down to the bottom of the menu, and click More Tables. That opens up the More Tables dialogue box. Then, you can scroll through the list, find the table you want, and click Apply. There's another way you can select a table.
