- [Instructor] Graphical Reports show project information in easy to digest charts and tables. They're easy to run and you can quickly edit them to show the information you want. Click the Report tab, you can see that there are several categories of reports. If I click Dashboards, I can choose from a handful of reports. For example, the Burndown Report shows me how much work has been done and how much is left to do. You can also see how many tasks have been completed and how many remain. If I go back to the Report tab and click Dashboards again, we might look at one of the Overview reports to see the project at a high level. There are also categories for resources, costs, and in progress. For example, you can see which tasks are critical, the late tasks or slipping tasks, and the milestones in your project. I'm gonna click the Cost category and choose the Earned Value Report. This is a report that has some graphs that show me where the project stands. Is it on time, or ahead, or…
