View two parts of a project

- [Narrator] If the data you want to see is at opposite ends of your project, you can see everything you need by displaying two views of a project at the same time. On the view tab in the Windows section, click the new window button. In the new window dialog box, in the projects list, select the same project in the list. In the view drop down list, choose the view you want to display in the new window and click okay. Project immediately displays the new window. To see both windows at the same time, in the window section, click the arrange windows button. Project displays both windows at the same time. If you need to arrange them, one above the other, click the active window and then drag its selection handles to make it span horizontally. Click the other window to make it active. Drag its handles to position it below the first window. Scroll in each window to display what you need to see.
