- [Instructor] After you link tasks, the timescale can get so cluttered it's hard to see which tasks are linked. Project offers a few features that can make your schedule easier to see. We're looking at the Gantt Chart view. On the left, we've got the table where you can see values for your tasks. And you can change the table that you display to see different fields. Over on the right side is the timescale. You can see the task bars against the calendar, so it's really easy to see your schedule. Now one thing you might wanna do is change the units that you see in the timescale. In this case, it's set to weeks, and the task bars are fairly long. So you can't see that much of your schedule. Let's go to the View tab and then in the Zoom section, I'm gonna click the down arrow in the timescale box. And let's say I'm gonna change it to months. When I do that, now the timescale is on months, so the task bars are a lot shorter, and I can see more of my schedule. A quick way to do the same…
