- [Voiceover] The Team Planner view is only available in Project Professional. It's an easy way to work on resource assignments for small teams. It shows a swim lane for each resource assigned to the project and the tasks they're working on appear in a time scale. To see the Team Planner view go to the view tab and then click Team Planner. On the left side you see a list of the resources assigned to the project and then a swim lane like in a swimming pool for each one. Well I'm going to scroll down a little bit to see the Relocation Project Manager. And one thing you notice is there is an Unscheduled Tasks column. Well that represents tasks that are assigned to a resource but don't have any dates. So a manually scheduled task. For tasks like this you can just drag them into the time scale. Grab it, you see the four headed arrow, and then drag it to where you want it. In this case, I'm going to put it on the week of February 23rd. And it drops into place.
