Use Team Planner to assign resources

- [Instructor] Team Planner is available in Project Professional. It's an easy way to work on resource assignments for small teams, but it does have some limitations. To look at Team Planner you can go to the view tab, and then in the resource view section click Team Planner. Team Planner has a row for each of the resources in your project. It kinda looks like they each have their own swim lane in a giant swimming pool. Over on the right side you can see where tasks are assigned to resources. Each assignment has its own bar in the Team Planner view. There's also a column next to the resource name, unscheduled tasks. Now, this is for tasks that are manually scheduled, so they don't have dates yet, but they're assigned to a resource. In Team Planner you can drag and drop a task like this to where you want it in the schedule. For example, I can drag and drop identify tenant improvements.
