Sharing project information in other ways

- You can choose from several methods for sharing a Project file with others, like the executive team, or the team members who perform work. You can email a Project file as an attachment, or create a picture of your Project to include in presentations. Project files can become linked or embedded objects when you copy and paste from Project to another program. If your organization uses SharePoint you can sync Project tasks with a SharePoint task list. If you want to email a file to others who have Microsoft Project, go to the File tab, and click Share, then click Email, and click Send as Attachment. When you do that Project goes to your email program, it attaches your Project file to the message, and you can send it as you would any other. If you have SharePoint, click Sync with SharePoint.
