Share customization with colleagues

- [Instructor] A Project file dedicated to storing customization makes it easy to share what you've created. To create a storage file, click the File tab, click New, and then click the Blank Project button. Click the File tab again, click Info, and then click the Organizer button. The new file appears in the Views available inbox on the right. In the Views available inbox on the left, click the down arrow and choose the file with the customization you want to share. Click the tab for the type of customization to share. Select the items you want to share and then click Copy. Project copies the items into the storage file. Select another tab, select more items, and click Copy. When you're done, click Close. To save the storage file, choose Save. Choose the folder you want, fill in the file name, and click Save. Now you can send the Project file to colleagues, so they can copy your customization into their files or their…
