- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore here. Some work like machinery maintenance or switching over to a new mail server interferes with regular work. In this project tip, you'll see how to schedule a work like that so it occurs during off-hours. So let's say we're going to switch over to a new server over a weekend. I'm going to define a calendar that specifies when that work occurs. So let's head to the Project tab and click Change Working Time. In the For Calendar box, you can see that the standard calendar is displayed and that's the project calendar for this project. It has the default work weeks defined and it also has all of the holidays built in as exceptions. So I wanna create a copy of the standard calendar as the basis for my new calendar. At the top-right corner of the Change Working Time dialogue box, you're gonna click the Create New Calendar button. That opens up the Create New Base Calendar dialogue box.
