- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore here. In many cases, a review board delivers its ruling at the next meeting after its review period concludes. With a task calendar, Project can schedule that decision, regardless when you submit something to the board. Suppose you can't begin construction until the county review board approves your plans. So here I have some plans to get that approval in this snippet of a project. We start with a task to prepare the plans, then you submit the plans. I've added a task, which has two weeks duration, which is the board review period. Once the review period is complete, then you can obtain the review board approval. And finally, once you have that, you have the milestone to begin construction. We want to build the schedule so that the approval occurs at the first scheduled meeting, after the two-week review is complete. Sure you have a target date for approval, but what if the plans are delayed? In that case, you want to push the approval to the next…
