Replacing a resource who is no longer available

- What if someone starts a task but can't finish it due to illness or being reassigned to a higher-priority project? You can reassign that resource and project even if work has already begun. The task usage view is a great view when you want to do these kinds of changes. We have the task usage view already displayed from another movie. If you need to display it you can go to the View Tab, or the Task tab click the bottom half of the Gantt Chart button. If you see Task Usage in the drop-down menu just click it to display it. If you don't see it, you can choose more views and then select it in the More Views dialog box. Similarly, we also have the Task Details form displayed in the Details pane, and this is a great view for making assignment changes. If you need to display that go to the View tab, turn on the Details checkbox. In the drop-down list, if you see Task Details form select it there. If you don't, choose more views select Task Details form in the View list, and click apply…
