Remove personal information from a Project file

- [Bonnie Biafore] Hi. Bonnie Biafore here. Say you're creating a template for others to use. You don't want them to see personal and organizational information in that file. Project has an option that helps you clear out that info in a jiffy. We're going to head to the file tab. Because I have a file open, I see the info screen. I'm going to click the down arrow to the right of the project information label and choose advanced properties. That opens up a dialogue box and shows me the properties for that file. Like the title, the author, manager and company. Well, I'm going to click OK. And let's say that I want to remove that information before I send it to somebody else. So I'm going to go down to the options on the left side. And then in the project options dialogue box, click trust center. Over on the right, there's a button, trust center settings. Go ahead and click that. You want to go to the privacy options…
