Print views and reports

- [Narrator] In Project, you can print views and reports to distribute to stakeholders, management, and team members. You can also paste the contents of project views and reports into other programs. Well here I have a project, and I've already selected the view and the table that I want to see. It's the Tracking Gantt with the summary table applied. I've set my time scales so I can see the task bars the way I want to see them. Now I'm ready to print this view. I'm gonna go to the file tab and click print. That takes me to the print page. Over on the left, I have my print button. When I'm ready to print, I just click that, but before I do that, I can set the number of copies, I can choose my printer, I can also choose how much of the project to print. Right now it's set to print the entire project, but I can click the down arrow and choose print specific dates, and then choose the dates that I want for the start and the finish.
