What this does is,…if you type in a resource name that doesn't exist,…Project will automatically add it for you.…Now that seems like a great shortcut.…For now, we're going to leave this turned on.…I want to show you what this does,…and how it can get you in trouble.…So let's click Ok.…I'm going to select the task Remove Fixtures And Cabinets.…And let's say that I want to replace one of the resources…with another resource named 'Gray William'.…
So I'm going to type in the resource name,…but I'm going to misspell it.…I type in Gray with an 'E', and misspell William.…When I click Ok to save the assignment,…
