- [Instructor] As you build and manage your project, you'll probably end up reorganizing the tasks in your task list. You can change their outline levels, move, or copy them. Indenting and outdenting depend on the levels that your tasks are at. Let's take a look at task 13, identify cost. This is a summary task. Let's say you want it to be part of choose new location. Right now they're at the same level. You can see that by looking at the black triangles and they line up. If I want to make it part of choose new location, I can go up to the task tab, and in the schedule section click the right-pointing green arrow, which is indent task. When I do that it moves identify cost and its subtasks down one level in the outline. On the other hand, if I click task 14, which is a subtask to identify cost, if I try to click indent nothing happens, because it's already one level down from its summary task.
