- [Instructor] You're likely to use some project features all the time. You can make them easy to get to by adding them to the "quick access toolbar". If you don't see the features you want or don't know what they do, there are a few ways to track them down and help on them as well. The quick access toolbar sits at the very top left of the project window. Out of the box it only has a few entries. You can save your file, undo recent commands, or redo them. If you want to add your favorites to the quick access toolbar, it's really easy. For example, on the task tab over at the right end "scroll to task" is something I use all the time. So let's say I want to add that to the quick access toolbar. I'm gonna right click that icon and then on the shortcut menu choose "add to quick access toolbar" and now "scroll to task" is available all the time regardless of what tab I go to.
