- [Instructor] Reviewing project status on a regular schedule is the best way to get early warning of problems that are brewing. A high-level schedule is a great place to start. Project has a special feature called the Project Summary Task. If you don't see it in your schedule, click the Format tab, head to the Show/Hide section on the right-end of the ribbon, and then turn on the checkbox Project Summary Task. When you do that, you will see a row in the table with task id of zero. This Project Summary Task is a great way to summarize the entire project. I'm gonna go up to the Select All cell at the top-left corner of the table, right-click and choose Summary. Also, let's point at the vertical divider and drag to the right, so I can see more of the table. Because I can't see the durationed value in that cell, I see all of these hashtags.
