Find when a resource is available

- [Bonnie] Hi. Bonnie Biafore here. Suppose you're looking for someone to take over some work being done by one of your over-allocated team members. Let's look at a couple of ways to find resources who have time available when you need it. Here, we're looking at just a short part of a project, and you can see that there are several tasks that have over-allocated resources. So we're going to head over to the resource usage view to see what those over-allocations are. On the view tab in the resource view section, click resource usage. The first thing I want to do is change the timescale for this view. In the zoom section, in the timescale box, you can click the down arrow and choose, in this case, we're going to use weeks. Now the resource that's over-allocated is web dev one and you can tell because the text in that summary row is a bright red, and you can also see the over-allocation indicator. Well let's go…
