Find all tasks with estimated durations

- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. When you create an auto-scheduled task in Project, the program automatically adds a question mark to the duration, an indication that you haven't filled in a duration for that task yet. In this tip, I'll show you how to find all the tasks with those question marks so you can fill in the durations you've come up with. So we're going to start by turning on the Project Summary task. To do that, I'm going to head to the Format tab, and I'm going to turn on the checkbox over in the Show/Hide section on the right end of the ribbon. When I turn that on, you'll see that the duration has a question mark. So that means that at least one task in this project has an estimated duration. What I'm going to do is I am going to turn off the Project Summary task and the Summary tasks, so I'm looking at all of my work tasks. These are the ones where the question marks start. To see these tasks, I'm going to go over to the View tab and then head to the Data section…
