- [Instructor] Project offers several ways to filter information to show what's important to you. Including built-in filters, custom filters, and auto filter. So let's go to the View tab. In the Data section, there's a filter box. I'm gonna start by clicking the down arrow and then choosing one of the built-in filters which is Critical. So when I click that, that filters the list to show just the critical tasks in this project. It's a fairly short list at this point. To remove a filter, go back up to the Filter box, click the down arrow and choose No Filter. I'm gonna click the down arrow one more time and I wanna point out something. There is a filter called Using Resource and it has an ellipsis at the end of the name. What that means is you're going to have to give this filter some information.
