Expand and collapse the task list

- [Instructor] You can expand and collapse the whole task list or selected summary tasks to display the task detail you need to see. To expand or collapse the task list, go to the View tab and click the Outline button. Choose a level to show the tasks down to that level in the outline. Project immediately collapses or expands the list to show tasks at that level. You can expand or collapse selected summary tasks. Select the summary task or tasks you want to change. Click Outline and choose Show Subtasks or Hide Subtasks. Show Subtasks expands the selected summary tasks. Hide Subtasks collapses them. To collapse a single summary task, click the black triangle to left of it's name. Project collapses the task and the triangle changes to white. To expand a summary task, click the white triangle to the left of it's name. To display the full task list, click Outline and then choose All Subtasks.
