Displaying summary tasks in Microsoft Office Project allows you to see different levels of your tasks. This online tutorial provides instructions on how to turn the project summary check box on to see a summary, and how to turn it off to view tasks and sub-tasks. Choosing to display a summary task allows you to see an overview of all tasks.
