- [Instructor] Filtering your task list to see what is and isn't done is easy. When you need to see all the work that isn't finished, head to the View tab. In the Data section, click the Filter down arrow and choose Incomplete Tasks. Project hides completed tasks and displays only tasks that haven't started or are in progress. To see how this filter works, click the Filter down arrow, choose More Filters, and then click Edit. This filter looks for percent complete or percent work complete that's less than 100%. Click Cancel twice. To see work that is done, click the Filter down arrow and choose Completed Tasks. This filter looks for percent complete or percent work complete equal to 100%.
