Since you will likely not be working on your project nonstop, you can use the Microsoft Office Project calendar for defining working and nonworking time. The calendar can reflect both regular time off, like nights and weekends, as well as special time off such as holidays and vacations. Defining working and nonworking time lets Project calculate a more accurate and realistic schedule for your project.
