- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. Let's say you want to see project performance at a glance. In this tip I'll show you how to create a performance dashboard with custom fields that display graphical indicators. So here I already have a custom view set up with a custom table that has fields that are important, but when I look at these numbers are they good? Are they bad? And by how much? I'm going to add some custom fields, so that I can show stop lights to show the good, bad, and in between values. To do that I'm going to right-click the Start heading in this table and choose Insert Column. And I'm going to start with the Cost1 field. That's going to be for my cost variance. I click that to add it to the table. Then I right-click the Start heading again, choose Insert Column on the shortcut menu, and this time I'll add, let's say Duration4. So I select that in the list and now I have my two custom fields. The Duration4 is going to be for my finish variance. Well, let's start by…
