Regularly scheduled tasks are known as recurring tasks. When you create a recurring task, Microsoft Project also makes a summary task along with the individual occurrences of the task. In this video, the Recurring Task Information dialog box is reviewed to show you how to set options for the recurring task, including the duration, the recurrence pattern, and the date range or the number of occurrences of the task.
