- [Bonnie] Hi, I'm Bonnie Biafore. Suppose your company has a work shift that starts on one calendar day and ends on another. It's easy to handle that with a Project calendar once you know how. In this very simple project, I have two tasks. The coding occurs doing the day. To speed things up, the testing team works an evening shift from 6 p.m. to 2 a.m. Monday through Friday. So, we're going to copy a Project calendar to a new calendar called Evening Shift. I'm going to go to the Project tab and click Change Working Time. At the top right of the Change Working Time dialog box, click Create New Calendar. In the Create New Base Calendar dialog box, I'll type the name for this new calendar which is Evening Shift. I'm going to keep the option Make a Copy of Standard Calendar selected and click OK. Now we're going to define the work schedule for this calendar.
