Copy data into adjacent rows

- [Instructor] With a Project keyboard shortcut you can quickly copy data into adjacent cells in a column. Drag over the cell with the value you want to copy and the cells you want to copy into. Then press Ctrl+D, Project copies the value from the first cell into the remaining cells in the selection. You can also use the mouse to copy a value into adjacent cells. Click the cell with the value you want to copy. Hover the pointer over the bottom right corner of the cell. When the pointer changes to a plus sign, drag in the column over the cells you want to copy into. When you let go of the mouse Project copies the value from the first cell into the cells you drag over.
