Copy cell formatting

- [Instructor] Use the format painter tool to copy formatting from one cell to others. In Project, you might apply specific text formatting to a few key tasks. Apply the formatting you want to a cell. To copy the formatting, on the task tab in the clipboard section, click the format painter icon. Immediately drag over the cells you want to apply the formatting to and they will change immediately. You can also use text styles to format text for a category of tasks. Click the format tab and then click text styles at the left side of the ribbon. In the text styles dialogue box, click the item to change down arrow and choose the category you want. Select the formatting you want such as font, font style, size and color. Click OK and the text for all the tasks in that category changes immediately.
