Control how a view prints

- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore with another project tip. Sometimes, the best way to communicate project information is with a view like Gantt chart or resource usage. In this tip, I'll explain several ways you can format a view to display information the way you want. I'm gonna use this Gantt chart view as an example. So let's look at how you want this information to print. So for example, if you wanna see certain columns in your printout, apply the table that has those fields. So I'm gonna go to the View tab, click Tables, and I'll apply the Summary table. The next thing I'm gonna do is I'm going to point at the vertical divider between the table and the time scale and I'm gonna drag it to the left so I just see the columns that I want in the printout. I'll also show you another way that you can specify the columns that you wanna see just in a few seconds. If you wanna filter or group the results, do that before you print.
