Now let's say I want to focus on Excel report.…There are two check boxes at the top of the dialog box.…If you only want to see the Excel reports…turn off the Microsoft Visio check box…and now the list only has Excel reports in it.…The report that I'm going to use is Baseline Work Report.…When I select that in the list the sample…preview shows me what it looks like…and that's basically what I want.…
I'm going to keep the level of usage data set to Weeks.…All I have to do now to generate the report…is click View down at the bottom right.…That generates the data for the report…and then opens it up in Excel.…
