- You may want to implement overtime or a six-day work week to add in additional duration savings. To do this, we're going to go to our Backfill foundation task, task ID number 12. However, I would like to see that it runs over the weekend because our team has told us that they could particularly do that and they might save some additional time. So, I'm going to go to my View ribbon and select Timescale and change this into days. I'll scroll to task using the Task ribbon and press Scroll to Task. Now, I can see that this particular task starts on a Friday and finishes on a Monday, so I can see that I have two weekend days that I might be able to gain additional time for. Now, this current task, I would like to apply a six-day work week to that task, so that we can actually get some work done on Saturday instead. So, I'm going to go to my Project ribbon, select Change Working Time, and I'm going to create a new calendar for this particular task that I can apply. So, I'll press the…
