- [Bonnie] Hi, Bonnie Biafore here. Say you assign several resources to the same task, but they work different schedules. No worries. Project recalculates task duration and dates, depending on when each resource is available to work on the task. Here I have one task in this sample project, and it doesn't have any resources assigned, so I'm going to head down to the task form and assign my first resource. I click the resource name cell, click the down arrow, and I'm going to choose admin one. The duration is five days, so when I click okay, Project assigns the resource full time, which means during those five days, the resource works 40 hours. Now we're going to add a second resource. Well before I do that, I'm going to go to the project tab. Actually, going to go up and click the Gantt chart view and then go to the project tab and click change working time.
