- [Instructor] You can easily adjust the width of a column or height of a row. To change the width of a column, place your mouse cursor over the right edge of the column header and drag. To set a specific column width, right-click the column header and choose Field Settings. In Width box, type a numeric value and click OK. To resize a column to fit all of its values, double-click the right side of the column header. The column width adjusts to fit the longest value in the column. To resize a row, drag the bottom edge of the ID cell. To change several rows to the same size, select all of them. Then adjust the size of one of the rows in the range.
