Working with enterprise project types
- [Instructor] As an admin, we typically have to set up enterprise project types that project managers will be using. An enterprise project type consists of these elements, a project file perhaps, a template, project details page, in other words a PDP page that we'll use to collect information about the project, perhaps a workflow that's associated with a project, and lastly a site template. Let's take a look at some of the options around building our own projects and where those enterprise project types might live. We're going to go to the Project Center and on the Projects tab, we'll select the New button. These are the enterprise project types that come out-of-the-box, a SharePoint task list and an enterprise project. Those are the two that we can later use or we can build additional new custom ones. To build our own, we'll go to the gear and select PWA Settings. And on the PWA Settings in the Workflow and Project Details page, we can select Enterprise Project Types. Here we can…
