Working with enterprise calendars
- [Instructor] When using Project Online, admins typically have to create calendars for project managers to use in their projects. We're going to enterprise calendars on the PWA settings page. Here we'll find the standard calendar which is the default. Since most projects use that standard calendar as their default we want to edit that first. So we'll go and select it and press the edit button. And open it in Microsoft Project. You may get this message about opening trusted source files. Since we want to do this we need to press yes. It will launch the Microsoft Project Client and give us the ability to start editing that enterprise calendar. So we're going to scroll forward to January 1st and click in that box and put in our first holiday of New Years Day and you can click in either the start column or the finish column. Now we want to spread this particular holiday over multiple years so we're going to select the details button to the right of our calendar and we'll turn it into a…
