- [Instructor] When organizations use Project Online, admins usually get requested to modify the navigation to make it easier for users to find information. We're going to edit the Quick Launch, which is over here on the left hand side, and edit the links that are there, so we'll select the Edit Links option. Here we can create a list of links that may be customizable as well as the ones that come out of the box, so if you wanted to have Issues and Risks in your Quick Launch, you could select a check box for that, and you can move its location either up and down using the arrows. We want to add a new link as well in here, so I'm going to select the New Link option off the ribbon, and I'll type in my Google Drive. And I'll paste in my Google Drive URL, and I'll select which heading I might want it as. If you wanted to have it as part of an existing heading, you could put it under something.
