Understanding workflow stages
- [Instructor] In a Workflow Phase, we said we created the bucket. Now let's build out the steps that we want this workflow to use. So let's go to our gear and PWA Settings. And this time select Workflow Stages. These are the steps that this particular workflow will use. We'll click the New Workflow Stage and name our first workflow step, which is Propose Idea. So you can put in a description if you'd like to. The next section, we want to make sure that we put in some sort of description that says thank you for your submission. This will show up on the end user's screen when they press Submit. We're going to use our Workflow Phase that we created called Proposal Submission to collect this information. And we'll use our Proposal Submission page that we've built out for that particular purpose. We've now made couple of selections on this page, but we need to scroll down a little farther to make the next section for us. Here you can have which field you want to show up in that workflow…
