Understanding grouping formats
- [Narrator] In Project Online, you can collect information into groups within a view. We have done this in our Project Center. And we've collected it by capital and expense. We want to expand on that and modify this grouping. So we're going to go to the gear and select PWA settings. In the PWA settings we'll select grouping formats. In the grouping formats, we can modify any of the out of the box settings that are here for grouping. We're going to change the grouping one and make it a custom grouping. So, we'll select that grouping by clicking on the drop-down format and selecting grouping one. We'll rename it to our training summary group. And we'll press OK. Would like to have it a different color for the level one instead of the yellow, so we'll pick a different color out of that option. And, in this case, we'll pick our blue straight color, which is a little bit darker. Once we've completed that, we can press save. And as we return back to our view in the Project Center by…
